Stewart became the managing broker/owner of Farmer & Company Real Estate in 2014 and is a licensed broker in both Illinois & Kentucky. Farmer & Company Real Estate has 11 licensed brokers.  Stewart has been an agent with Farmer & Company Real Estate since 2003. In 2018, Stewart personally sold 113 units totaling $10.7 million in sales.  In 2018, Farmer & Company Real Estate sold 244 units totaling $23.2 million.  Client trust and professional performance are the very basis of Stewart’s accomplishments as a real estate agent. Combining his expertise in real estate sales and financing options with communication, marketing and negotiation skills has placed Farmer & Company Real Estate above other agencies. Being detail oriented and analytical, he credits his strategic thinking as vital elements in his success.  Stewart is also a real estate investor and  owns a property management company. Stewart resides in Massac County with his wife Kelly and daughter Kaleigh. He is a member and a past deacon at Community Christian Church and enjoys hunting, fishing and rooting on the Massac County High School athletic teams. 

Luke Grace

Luke joined Farmer & Company Real Estate in 2006 and has been a licensed real estate agent in Illinois since 2001. He recently received his Kentucky real estate license. Luke is a lifelong resident of Metropolis. He graduated Massac County High School in 1993, Shawnee Community College in 1995 and Murray State University in 1998.

Luke resides in Paducah with his wife Sarah and their sons Landon and Lane. Luke is an avid sports fan, especially baseball. Luke and Sarah can usually be found on a baseball field watching their son play with the Paducah Storm or at the soccer field watching them play Pumas Soccer.

Luke has renovated several properties in Metropolis through the years with his most recent project being the former Magnolia Manor. After purchasing the former nursing home property, which sat vacant for years, Luke converted a portion of the building into climate controlled storage units, Lock & Leave Storage. The remainder of the building houses Magnolia Mercantile, an antique, craft and consignment store.
