Over 10 Years Experience with Farmer & Company Real Estate
Tiffany became a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker in 2019. But, you're not getting an inexperienced broker when working with Tiffany. Tiffany has been the administrative assistant, with a focus on social media marketing for over ten years Farmer & Company Real Estate. A chance meeting at a 6 year old's birthday party, led her to an interview with then agency owner, Scott Farmer. As the saying goes, the rest is history. Ten years later, Tiffany took a leap of faith in herself and became a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.
Tiffany is originally from Central Illinois, where she grew up on a corn and beef cattle farm. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Agribusiness from Illinois State University in 1996. Two months later, she was hired at the county farm bureau manager in Massac County IL. Her position with the Massac County Farm Bureau led her to meet her now husband, Daniel. Along with Daniel's family, they farm almost 3000 acres of corn, soybeans, wheat and alfalfa in Massac County.
Tiffany and her family are very service minded. She is involved in various organizations in her community. She is a member of Psi Eta sorority. Psi Eta focuses their efforts on providing Christmas to children in Massac County that might not get one otherwise. She also assists Psi Eta sorority in hosting the annual Cancer Survivor Breakfast. Tiffany is a past member of the Massac County Relay for Life committee. Tiffany is a Wish Grantor with the Illinois Make A Wish Chapter and helps provide wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses. Tiffany has been a parent volunteer with Massac County 4-H. Along with her husband and children, Logan & Larkin, Tiffany attends Community Christian Church in Metropolis.
Tiffany is a board member of the Metropolis Chamber of Commerce and was the 2nd Vice President in 2017. She currently serves on the Membership Committee. She is also a past member of the Special Events Committee and was helped organize the annual golf scramble as well as the 2017 Solar Eclipse celebration in Metropolis. Tiffany is one of four representatives from Farmer & Company Real Estate who is a corporate member of the Metropolis Rotary Chapter. This year she helped other Rotary members and staff of the University of Illinois Extension with cooking schools held at various elementary schools throughout Massac County.
While Tiffany may be a new licensed broker, she has worked behind the scenes for years assisting other brokers in the agency to list and sell homes and properties. She especially enjoys her responsibility of managing the social media marketing for Farmer & Company Real Estate and will continue these duties, while also being a licensed broker. Her agriculture background provides her with firsthand knowledge of land prices, whether farmland, hunting property or just vacant land, making her the ideal broker to turn to when selling or buying land.
Tiffany spends most of her free time cheering on her children at their respective baseball, softball, basketball and volleyball games. Her and her family are supporters of the Massac County Patriots & Lady Patriots athletic programs, as well as the Nashville Knights baseball organization and the Paducah Lady Storm softball organization. Tiffany manages the Massac County High School baseball & softball concession stand. If they can fit in a game around their already bus schedules, they try to make it to a couple St. Louis Cardinals games during the season.
